How to order from SouqNFC
We do not have an automated online checkout. All orders are handled personally through an enquiry process so we can ensure every product is exactly right for your needs.
Submit your enquiry
Tell us what you need using the contact form or WhatsApp. Include the product type, estimated quantity, any branding details (logo, colours, link to encode), and your deadline if you have one. The more detail you give us, the faster we can turn around a quote.
Receive your quote
We will review your requirements and send a written quote within 1 business day. The quote will include unit pricing, setup costs where applicable, lead time, and payment terms. Pricing is in AED and volume discounts apply for larger quantities.
Confirm and pay deposit
Once you accept the quote, production begins after we receive the agreed deposit. For custom-printed orders, this is typically 50% of the order value. For standard stock items, full payment may be required upfront. We will confirm payment terms in your quote.
Approve your design (custom orders)
For custom-branded products, our design team will prepare a digital proof based on your branding. You review and approve it before anything is printed. We allow up to two rounds of revisions at no extra charge. Production begins only after you give written approval.
Production
Once payment and design are confirmed, we move into production. Standard lead times range from 3 to 10 business days depending on the product and quantity. Bulk or complex custom orders may take longer and lead times will be specified in your quote.
Delivery across the UAE
We deliver to all seven emirates. Once your order is ready, we will send you a delivery confirmation and tracking details. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days within Dubai and 2 to 4 days for other emirates. Balance payment (if any) is due before dispatch.
Key ordering policies
Minimum orders
There is no strict minimum order quantity. We supply from small sample runs to bulk orders of 50,000 pieces. Pricing per unit improves significantly at higher volumes. Ask us for a tiered price breakdown when you enquire.
Quote validity
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. After that, material and shipping costs may have changed. If your quote has expired, simply ask and we will refresh it quickly.
Order changes
Changes to quantity, design, or delivery address can usually be accommodated before production begins. Once production has started on a custom order, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs. Contact us immediately if you need to amend an order.
Cancellations
Standard stock orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Custom-printed orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced and the deposit is non-refundable at that stage. Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.
NFC programming
We program each NFC chip to your specified URL, contact card, or content before dispatch. If you need to update the encoded link after delivery, let us know at order time as some chip types support reprogramming and others are locked.
Bulk and corporate orders
For orders above 500 pieces or for corporate accounts requiring invoicing, staged delivery, or ongoing supply, we offer dedicated account management. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
