1. About SouqNFC

These terms apply to your use of the SouqNFC website at souqnfc.ae and to any order you place with us. SouqNFC is a UAE-based supplier of NFC products operating from Al Fahad Tower 1, Al Thanyah First, Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use it in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content from this website for commercial purposes without our written permission

3. Products and services

SouqNFC supplies NFC business cards, NFC stickers, NFC tags, Google review stands, custom branded NFC products, and related items. All products are described as accurately as possible on this website. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice. Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly in colour or finish.

4. Ordering

All orders are placed through an enquiry process. There is no automated online checkout. When you submit an enquiry, we will review your requirements and provide a written quote. An order is confirmed only once:

1. You have accepted our written quote
2. We have received the required deposit or full payment as agreed
3. You have approved any design or proof (where applicable)

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where items are temporarily unavailable or where an order falls outside our standard supply terms.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied where applicable in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements. Payment terms will be confirmed in your quote. We typically require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due prior to delivery. Accepted payment methods will be specified in the quote.

6. Production and lead time

Production times depend on the product type, quantity, and customisation requirements. Estimated lead times will be provided in your quote. Lead times begin from the date of confirmed payment and approved artwork. SouqNFC is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays or force majeure events.

7. Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery charges and timelines will be confirmed at the time of quotation. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

8. Custom and branded orders

Custom-printed and personalised orders are produced to your approved specifications. By submitting artwork, logos, or content for printing, you confirm that you own or have the right to use those materials. SouqNFC accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork. Once production has begun on a custom order, it cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.

9. Returns and refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Our returns policy is as follows:

• Defective or incorrect items: If your order contains a manufacturing defect or we supplied the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund the affected items at our cost.
• Custom-printed orders: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom or personalised orders unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part.
• Standard stock items: Unused, unopened stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product value, excluding delivery costs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design, is the property of SouqNFC or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, SouqNFC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from products supplied by us. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order will not exceed the value of that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
